I am in love with TH new collage paper. This is the third time I have used it in combination with stamping and distress oxides to create depth and add a scene in my greeting card projects.
I masked off a circle, then sponged it in with Salvaged patina and stamped the street map of Paris onto it. Next came a piece of TH collage tissue. Lastly I added the colored birds, the top one is raised with foam dots.
My creation was inspired by a couple of challenges and enter this in:
As You See It: #AYSI303 Color challenge
Simon Says Monday Challenge: Transport it
Stamping Sensations: July Summer Flowers with alternative AG (must be stamped) - I used two stamps and enter this under the AG option

Thank you for your visit!
The collage tissue paper looks like a fantastic product for sure. I like the layout of your design with the circle giving us lot of interest as well as a 'perch' to ground the birds. Thanks for joining in with us at As You See It.
ReplyDeleteDang, Alice, this is so cute! LOVE those birds in goggles, lol. What fun tissue paper, that must have so many cool applications! I love your take on our colors, and your super cute design! Thanks so much for playing at As You See It!
ReplyDeleteHi Alice! I am intrigued by the collage paper - that is a cool product. I like how you made the salvaged patina as the focal point - those birds just pop because of it. The bird with the goggles is adorable! Thanks for joining us at As You See It!
ReplyDeleteA pretty creation and the TH papers look lovely, however as the birds are the focal element afraid not eligible at Stamping Sensations. Our posts explain our requirements.
