A journey through stuff

I promised to show my second attempt on upcycling my paper scraps. The first one was blogged here. The paper scraps are nice and colorful and I always think 'I could still use this'. Well, time to show I not only 'could' but can!
 - welcome blog hoppers -
I started by gluing strips and pieces of paper onto my card backs. I stayed fairly color-coordinated because I knew I wanted a rather open background with little product.
Here you can see the stenciled layer on top of all and sundry.


Next I unified the background by some pale mold green ink and olive dots through a stencil.


Voila, finished. As this was my journey through old craft stuff I thought it only proper to apply the journey theme a bit further:

    Hei Alice! Itäkeskuksesta menee bussi numero 841 suoraan Sopukan eteen. Matka-aika Itäkeskuksesta on noin 18 minuuttia.
    Itäkeskukseen puolestaan pääsee kätevimmin metrolla keskustan suunnasta, tai useilla linja-autoilla.
